Shipping terms
RISolutions is the operator of https://risolutions.eu. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. General
Subject to availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock levels on our website, but occasionally discrepancies may occur, and we may not be able to fulfill all items in your order. In such cases, we will ship the available products and contact you to discuss whether you wish to wait for the backordered item or receive a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Shipping costs are collected at the time of purchase and are final.
3. Returns
These return conditions apply exclusively to consumers. For business customers, up to 25% restocking fees may be charged, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind RISolutions accepts returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is returned undamaged and complete.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who must arrange their own shipping.
- Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method (bank account or credit card).
- RISolutions will refund both the value of the returned goods and the original shipping costs.
- It is permitted to remove a product from its packaging and test it, as long as this does not exceed what is necessary to assess the product.
- RISolutions does not accept opened or damaged packaging unless necessary for product evaluation.
- No restocking fees will be charged.
3.2 Warranty Claims RISolutions adheres to the manufacturer’s warranty and accepts warranty claims in accordance with Dutch law.
- Customers must prepay shipping costs for warranty claims, but these will be reimbursed after a successful warranty claim.
- Once a warranty claim is confirmed, the customer can choose from:

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Transit Time Domestic shipments generally take 2 - 7 days in transit.
4.2 International Transit Time International shipments usually take 4 - 22 days, depending on the selected courier. A more specific estimate can be provided at checkout.
4.3 Change of Delivery Address
- Orders placed before 17:00 will be shipped the same day; otherwise, they will be shipped the next business day.
- Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. We take steps to minimize shipment delays.
- A delivery address can only be changed if the order has not yet been shipped.
4.4 P.O. Box Shipping RISolutions only ships to P.O. box addresses using postal services and not courier services.
4.5 Military Address Shipping We can ship to military addresses via USPS but not via courier services.
4.6 Out-of-Stock Items If an item is out of stock, we will wait until it becomes available before shipping your order. Other items in the order will be reserved.
4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded If the delivery time exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor their shipment’s progress.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If a parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please reject it and contact our customer service. If the parcel is delivered without your presence and is damaged, please contact us as well. The webshop is responsible for proper delivery.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax Sales tax is already included in the price displayed on the website.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes For international orders, import duties and taxes may be required upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country.
- If you refuse to pay import duties and taxes, the order will be returned at your expense.
- The refund will only cover the value of the goods, minus return shipping costs.
- The original shipping costs will be refunded.
8. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- RISolutions reserves the right to charge fees for cancellations.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier. This does not apply to consumers, as the webshop is responsible for proper delivery.
9.1 Process for Parcels Damaged in Transit We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed their investigation. This process typically takes 7 - 14 business days.
9.2 Process for Parcels Lost in Transit We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has declared the parcel lost. This process typically takes 14 - 30 business days.
